Reverse Step/Lunge With Loaded Trunk Rotation

In the video above you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing  reverse step/lunge with loaded (dumbbell or med ball could be used) trunk rotation.  The aim of this exercise is to have the client load both their lower body in a split stance position whilst having to load and control their torso as a weight crosses the midline).  This exercise involves coordination, balance and strength and can be progressed/regressed by changing the step/lunge distance/depth/speed/based of support and upper body rotation + load.
