Reverse Grip Dumbbell Curl Exercise With Isometric Hold

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a reverse grip dumbbell curl with an isometric hold at the top phase of the movement (end of the concentric curl phase).  The reverse curl is a great arm exercise that works the focuses on the elbow flexors, primarily the biceps and brachioradialis.  The isometric hold adds an additional challenge to the exercise as you are required to maintain increased time under tension at the top phase of the movement.
