Push Up Variations

Recently I came across some yoga moves that I quite liked the look of and thought I would turn these into a strength combined with mobility exercise to vary up my push up routine.  In the videos below you will two different examples where you are required to bring one leg across underneath your torso whilst maintaining a relatively parallel trunk position.  Both these exercises require a combination of mobility through the shoulder girdle/trunk and hips as well as strength through the core/trunk and upper body.
