Push Up To Contralateral Reach To T Push Up

As you can see from many of my blog posts, I am very much a big fan of performing push ups and looking to vary movements with the push up to not only provide variety, but also place increased load and demand on getting the body to function as one.

In the video below you will see a video of a Push Up followed by a contralateral arm reach (which requires stabilisation through the grounded arm and two feet) and then a push up into a T.  This is a great all round core and thoracic spine/shoulder stability and mobility drill.
