Principle Four Osteopathy would like to welcome new Exercise Physiologist Ben Taylor to the clinic and studio. We will be working closely with Ben for any clients who are needing an exercise program designed specifically for them following their recovery from injury.
Ben Taylor Biography
Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science, Cert IV in Personal Training.
Ben studied at Deakin University where he completed both a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science. Since completing his study Ben is eager to utilise his specialist knowledge of exercise rehabilitation for countless musculoskeletal injuries, along with providing advanced cardiovascular and resistance training using his extensive knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and biomechanics. Ben also has the skills to implement safe and effective exercise programs for chronic diseases including cardiac, respiratory, neurological and metabolic conditions. Throughout his academic experience, Ben has accumulated over 600 placement hours working with healthy and clinical clientele along with personal training for years.
Ben uses his detailed knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology to guide both basic and advanced strength and conditioning strategies to facilitate both strength and fitness gains. His main aim as an exercise specialist is to create a safe, enjoyable and productive exercise environment to ensure each and every client reaches their goals!
