Principle Four Osteopathy professional development workshop with Wynter Chan Melbourne Yoga and Pilates

This week Principle Four Osteopathy were lucky enough to have Melbourne Yoga and Pilates Exercise Physiologist Wynter Chan attend the clinic to run our team of osteopaths through a yoga session and outline how she applies yoga to the treatment and management of clients with musculoskeletal disorders as well as for general fitness and performance.  Wynter has a wealth of experience in the field of exercise physiology and is passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing.  She has a special interest in Yoga and currently undertakes both 1:1 training sessions and group sessions within her studio.  In addition to this Melbourne Yoga and Pilates also offer pilates and strength and conditioning sessions.  For those individuals who love their yoga but have a specific musculoskeletal complaint that is impacting on their ability to undertake yoga, then make sure you touch base with Wynter as she will be able to work with you to get you back doing what you love most.
