Posterior Lunge With Various Arm Drivers To Load And Lengthen The Hip

In the video below you will see personal trainer Adam McCubbin of Fitness First QV performing a number of posterior lunges with various arm drivers.  We had him perform saggittal plane, frontal plane and transverse plane arm drivers through the mobility drill to help drive different movements from a top down approach into the hip.  We also added some light weight to load the exercise.  He is to perform these as part of a movement preparation phase for training as we work towards improving hip mobility in a more upright functional manner.
