In the videos below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a number of different exercises that are aimed at maintaining strength and stability in the hip complex, balance and control in the lower limb (in sagittal plane only due to the recent nature of the injury) as well as starting to progress on modified functional movements such as squats, step ups etc that meet the client at their current capacity.  Our aim is to look to restore function in the lower limb as much as possible and to the degree the knee will allow us.
