Partial Range Handstand Push Up

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams performing a wall supported partial range handstand push up.  He has used the wall to support the handstand (as he cannot hold a handstand well without support 🙁 ) and is using the foam blocks form spotlight (thanks spotlight) by placing these below his head to reduce the range of motion that he can perform an upside down vertical press.  Initially he started with 2 foam blocks and reduced to 1 as he improved his conditioning, with the aim to remove the foam block and perform hand stand push ups to greater rep ranges.
