Overhead Single Arm Kettlebell Reverse Lunge to Tall Kneeling – An Osteopaths Perspective

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing an overhead single arm kettlebell reverse lunge to tall kneeling.  This is a challenging exercise because it requires a combination of upper body and trunk stability and control with an asymmetrical load as one looks to transition from standing to a reverse lunge and then tall kneeling.  This is a great all over body exercise as involves all areas of the body.  Start with a lighter kettlebell initially as you groove the movement pattern and then look to build strength/endurance through multiple sets of higher reps (10-15) before increasing the load for 8-12 reps or 3-5 reps for a greater strength focus.
