Osteopath Heath Williams Is Now A Certified Zuu Trainer

Osteopath Heath Williams recently attended the 1 day Zuu Training Course with PTA Global at Acumotum in Prahran.

The Personal Training Academy describes Zuu Training as “a primal training style based on high intensity body weight exercises. This Continuing Education Credit course is presented in a non-intimidating, group orientated and energising format. The movements that were created for ZUU depict primal animal patterns and use the whole body to condition, strengthen and increase your cardio-respiratory capacity.” (http://www.ptacademy.com.au/portfolio/zuu/).
