Tough Mudder is just around the corner, with many winding up their training and mentally gearing themselves up for the endurance event on Saturday and Sunday this week. In regards to this last week before the event, try and avoid any last minute CRAZY training that is likely to increase your risk of injury.

For those who have meticulously planned their training and have been working towards this event over the last 2 – 3 months, then there is not much else that can be done but simply wait and enjoy the week leading up to the event.

If you are feeling a little sore from the training loads to date and are not quite sure what to do, then perhaps book in to see your Osteopath or Massage Therapist for some gentle massage and stretching.
