New Strength and Conditioning Equipment @ Principle Four Osteopathy

Over the last few months we have introduced a range of new equipment across both Principle Four Osteopathy clinic locations so that we are able to provide you with even more variety in your exercise rehabilitation programs and strength and conditioning programs.

Those clients who are attending the clinic for treatment of specific injuries or are looking to improve their training techniques and  add some variety can now do so under the guidance of our Osteopaths at both practices.

Our premises adjoin Pilates on Bourke, a fully-equipped pilates and yoga training space which allows clients to combine their osteopathy treatment with exercise tutorials, pilates or specific training programs and rehabilitation.
