New Slam Balls at Principle Four Osteopathy

We have recently added some lighter weight (10 and 20 pound) slam balls in at Principle Four Osteopathy CBD and Docklands clinics.

These are great tools that can be used for training the upper body, core and lower body.

What can you use the slam ball/dead ball for?

  • Throws
  • Integrated with squat and lunge movement patterns
  • Overhead pressing movements
  • Deadlift patterns
  • Wood chops
  • And much much more

How much do the slam ball/dead balls weigh?

Dead balls/Slam balls can weigh anywhere from 3 kg to 75kg.  We have some lighter weight (5 & 10kg) dead balls/slam balls at the clinic that can be used for training whole body movements, strength and power.
