Multi Plane Calf Stretch and Mobiliser

This blog post follows on from yesterdays blog post that discusses and demonstrates how to create a more tri plane muscle stretch of the calf complex.  In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy use a top down body driver to move the body through different planes of motion to create a multi plane calf stretch.  This allows him to move his body with a sagittal, frontal and tranverse plane movement bias to create different reactions in the grounded leg and therefore calf complex.

If you would like to find out more about how to get the most out of your stretching and mobility, be sure to touch base with us at Principle Four Osteopathy.
