Movement Workshop – Ground Based Movement Flow

Today I was lucky enough to spend some time with Morgan White of @freeformpractice on instagram and osteopath Matt Harris of Everythings Connected.  It was a great session in which we explored many individual ground based movements that we then put together to form a nice movement flow session.  For those looking to explore their own movement and build strength through their movement, then I would highly recommend touching base with Morgan.  Below are some of the movements that we practiced this morning for those interested in finding out more.

These sessions are great because you are working on mobility and strength through range of motion throughout the whole body.  You get to explore and find out where your movement limitations are in the body and then can break these movements down to help build this strength and mobility.
