Modified Handstand Shoulder Tx Spine Mobility

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a modified handstand shoulder Tx spine mobility drill.  This is actually also a strength based exercise because the individual is required to maintain position (their weight) against gravity.  This is quite advanced and is only suggested for those looking to incorporate or progress to more bodyweight training.    The aim is to having the individual move their head/chest slightly towards the wall (or plyo box) so that they bring their hips and shoulder in alignment and slightly working on loading into the overhead position.
