Medicine Ball Wall Slam

The Med Ball Wall Slam is a great exercise to incorporate into ones training program if you are wanting to develop rotation power through the whole body.  The idea is to select a med ball that has a weight load that will challenge you, but will allow you to develop maximum speed throughout the movement.  Load * Speed = Force production.

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams performing a medicine ball wall slam.

The idea is to load up onto the back leg so that you can explode out of this position to generate force from the ground up through the legs into the torso and upper body.
