Med Ball Wall Squat

The following exercise is often where I will start if wanting to work on teaching a squat pattern with some supported feedback such as the swiss ball.  Keeping the arms below 90 degrees removes the need for upper body/shoulder mobility requirements that come with a med ball wall squat with hands on head or overhead dowel stick.  The main aim of prescribing this exercise drill is to work on movement patterning with bodyweight load.
