McGill Spinal Exercises

In the videos below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a plank (anterior bracing), side plank (lateral trunk bracing) and and short lever plank with hand raise (anti rotation focused exercise).  These exercises have been prescribed as part of the clients program to build strength, endurance and control of the trunk.  In addition to this we have prescribed the client a variety of other more upright functional exercises that require trunk stability when performing hinge, squat, lunge, push and pull patterns.
