Next time you are required to carry a box, take a look at how you are holding it and carrying it.  Get a good grip on the item, keep it close to your body and use a lifting aid where possible i.e. trolley. Static holds, awkward holds and carries may increase your risk of developing a musculoskeletal complaint.
