Ever since i attended a Frans Bosch seminar several years ago, I have been playing around with the concepts or unilateral loading, pertubation, speed/power with some of my exercise regimes.  This has brought more variation to my training but also focused on developing strength and power using conventional movements, but with a slight twist.

Trams – Trams run straight out the front of us, with the closest stop at Swantston st and Collins St.
