Load And Carry Variations / Farmers Walk

Recently I have been adding in a lot more load and carry exercises to my program as part of my overall conditioning and also to focus on building strength endurance of my grip.  In the images and videos below you will see some examples of a variety of different load and carries.  Each of these exercises requires the individual to stabilize and maintain an upright trunk whilst they are walking.  The main variation is the load and also position of the load relative to the body.  For those looking to work on their overall conditioning, be sure to work to a distance or perhaps time when performing these.
