Osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy completed his Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor course at IronEdge in Melbourne.  Kettlebells are a great tool to use for training the body.  Whilst Kettlebells have been around for many years now, they are only just starting to become more well known and practiced in mainstream health and fitness.  Kettlebells are great because they are so versatile.  Some people will only ever train with Kettlbells as it can be used to train the entire body, whereas others will use the Kettlebell as a training tool within their workout.

Today we learnt some great exercises and I was very much looking forward to getting some additional coaching for some of the more complex Kettlebell exercises.  Some of those exercises covered today included:

  • Single & Double Arm Swings
  • Kettlebell Cleans
  • Kettlebell Clean & Snatches
  • Kettlelbell Power Clean
  • Kettlebell Snatch
