Landmine Press – Tall Kneeling to Standing Press – An Osteopaths Perspective

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a landmine press (vertical press overhead with an single arm) that trains overhead pressing strength and combines this with the need to maintain a stable trunk position as one transitions from tall kneeling to split stance to standing.  Each of these positions can be adopted for overhead landmine presses and shows a sequence of moving from more stable (bilateral kneeling stance) to more unstable (split kneeling stance short lever) to standing.
