Landmine Bent Over Row With Neutral Grip

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a landmine bent over row with neutral grip.  The bent over row and its many variations is probably one of my favourite horizontal pulling exercises because it requires the individual to stabilise themselves in a bent over position (requiring trunk stability) whilst performing the horizontal pull exercise.  This is a great exercise for developing strength through ones back and torso.
