Lacrosse Ball Release For The Posterior Shoulder

In the image above you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a lacrosse ball posterior shoulder release technique.  The posterior shoulder region is an area that often develops tension, especially if one is regularly training or sits at a desk all day.  The idea is to find the tension spot and gently press the lacrosse ball into this area until the tension reduces.
