Kneeling T Rotation Exercise

In the video below osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrates a kneeling T Rotation exercise.  This is a simple and effective mobility exercise for those wanting to focus on improving spine rotation.  Using the hand and eyes/head as the driver, this creates a reaction through the body that looks to increase same side spinal rotation.

This is a great drill to perform as part of a movement prep/warm up for exercise or as part of an individuals everyday prehab, rehab or mobility/flexibility program.
