Kneeling Hip Mobiliser

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a kneeling hip flexor and adductor mobiliser.  The aim of this is to use movement to take the hip through range from flexion to relative extension and abduction to create a gentle hip flexor and adductor stretch.  In the first part of the mobility drill you will see him with his hands across his body and then move these to overhead to help increase the stretch through range of motion.

If you would like to find out more about how to get more out of your everyday stretching, please be sure to contact us at Principle Four Osteopathy.
