Kneeling Hip Hinge Pallof Press

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a kneeling hip hinge with pallof press.  This exercise was prescribed to the client in an attempt to start training the client on a hip hinge as well as looking to add some load to the core through the pallof press which works as an anti rotation exercise.   The client has been asked to hold the hands out in front in an outstretched position for a 3 second count.
