Since attending the Kinetic Link Training (KLT) Level 1 course in 2018 with physiotherapist Wayne Rogers, I have found myself prescribing KLT based exercises regularly as part of my clients rehab, injury prevention and performance strategies. I particularly like the KLT approach because it trains the whole body rather than isolated segments and many of my clients have found this to be novel, fun, enjoyable, beneficial and time efficient. This is not to say that I dont prescribe isolated exercises or other non KLT exercises, its just that I have been adding more of these into my clients programs.

In the videos below you will see some of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a number of Kinetic Link Training inspired exercises.
