Kettlebell Spiderman Push Up

The exercise below has been inspired by strength movement coach Steve Maxwell and I have adapted his one hand kettlebell moving push up to a bilateral kettlebell moving push up.  In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating this.  I have selected a kettlebell that allows me the ability to perform full range of motion.  The aim is to perform the traditional moving spiderman push up with the use of 2 kettlebells.  The main difference between using kettlebells and not is that one must also include a horizontal loaded pulling movement in the exercise as well as having the opportunity to increase range of motion on the push up and require greater stability through the upper limb/shoulder girdle throughout the whole exercise.
