Kettlebell Roll To Squat Hold & Stand

Recently I have been playing around with integrating different tools and movements as part of my everyday training program and want to improve my overall mobility and control of my body through movement.  Whilst I still love going to the gym and moving weight around with conventional exercises, I am hoping that by integrating movement based exercises into my training, that my conventional lifting results will go up as well as bulletproofing myself to a reduced risk of injury.

In the video below you will see an example of a kettlebell roll to squat hold and stand.

I have incorporated the kettlebell into the movement drill so to act as a counterlever and help provide stability.  The aim will be able to perform this movement without a counterweight as my mobility and control improve.
