Isolated to Integrated Training

In the videos below you will see an example of where we have incorporated some isolated shoulder and knee work as well as integrated whole kinetic chain movements into ones program.  The benefits of isolating movements means that you can focus on a single plane/motion with control to build strength and endurance, with the benefits of an integrated movement (kinetic chain approach) is that you are integrating multiple regions of the body into movements or activities that build capacity in the way that we move in life in general.  Watch some of the videos below of some examples of these isolated and integrated exercises.

Trains – We are a short 5 minute walk from Flinders St Station, Parliament and Melbourne Central train station.
