Ironedge Aqua Bag Slug

The Ironedge aqua bag slug is the ultimate training tool for unstable training applications.  The aqua bag is easily assembled, and the amount of water added can be adjusted to suit your training needs.  The bag comes with 4 grip options that allows for neutral, pronated, supinated and asymmetrical grip holds.

The aqua bag has been designed to allow for movement of water within the bag that the individual must control whilst moving and holding.  The benefit of training with a moving load is that it places a higher demand on the individual to stabilise the dynamic load whilst performing an exercise.  Implementing a dynamic load variable within a training program is a must for anyone serious about their strength and conditioning training, whether they are training for a specific sports, general health and wellbeing, work related activities or just activities of daily living.

Traditional lower limb exercises such as the squat, lunge, step up, deadlift and single leg hinge all can be integrated with the aqua bag slug.  In addition to this there are also many trunk and upper body push and pull exercises that one can use the aqua bag for when training.

Please check out the videos below demonstrating a variety of exercises that the ironedge aqua bag slug can be used for training the lower body, trunk and upper body regions.
