Ironedge Aqua Bag Slug Full Body Workout

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy using the ironedge aqua bag slug for a full body workout.  In the videos you will see the aqua bag used for squats, hinges, lunges, overhead and horizontal press, horizontal press and elbow flexion and extension exercises.  The moving water within the bag means that the load is always shifting and this challenges the individual to stabilise the load throughout the movement.  Given the dynamic load the weight of the bag is not as heavy as one would normally perform with these movements due to the added demand on the system to stabilise.
