Integrated Shoulder Activation Drill

In the video below you will see strength and conditioning coach Michael Crichton of GW performance demonstrating an integrated (movement based) shoulder activation drill that involves lower limb, trunk and upper body movement combined with load.  This requires the individual to be able to control both mobility and stability through the body, with a focus on shoulder internal to external rotation.
