Incline Dumbbell V Press

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating an incline dumbbell V press.  The incline position of the bench changes the load and stress through the chest slightly and will adopt greater anterior shoulder contribution.  The dumbbells require the individual to stabilise and control each side independently, whilst the V press (from close to out wide) requires the individual to manage the load both against gravity but also a longer lever as it moves further away from the body. I added in this variation because I have been doing a lot more bodyweight training and am really focusing on both locking out at the elbows, but also building my capacity to perform archer push ups and variations (which requires one arm to be straight in a similar stretched out position – but much further).
