Check out the latest hip mobiliser video by Osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy. This latest video uses the Free Form Board to help improve hip mobility in the 4 point kneeling position. The unique design of the Free Form Board allows the hip to be driven in all ranges of movement. This mobility exercise is great for those clients with stiff or restricted hip movement and are looking for a safe way to improve range of movement with some gentle strengthening. The mobiliser can be regressed/progressed by increasing/decreasing the range of movement, direction/angle, speed, reps, weight and pre position of the body.
