Hip Bridge To Contralateral Overhead Reach

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a hip bridge (to work his posterior chain i.e. gluteals and hamstrings) whilst performing a contralateral overhead reach with his arm (to drive movement through the shoulder girdle, neck and spine).  The idea behind this exercise was to look to vary up the traditional hip bridge by incorporating movement in other parts of the body.
