Hinge Row With Rotational Step

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a hinge row following up with a rotational step with cable resistance.  The main aim of this exercise is to train the back (row movement) with the stable trunk position followed by the step in the transverse plane that requires one to maintain a stable trunk position (in this case, aiming to keep pelvis and shoulders moving at a similar rate and in sync).
