High Plank Shoulder Tap Exercise

In the video below you will see EP Jeremy of OHEP demonstrating shoulder taps with both a protracted shoulder position and retracted shoulder position in the high plank. The goal of this exercise was to challenge the shoulder girdle in both positions as well as the body’s ability to maintain a stable base through the trunk and lower body whilst moving from 4 to 3 points of stability (contact with the floor).
