High Bar Leg Raise

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a high bar leg raise.  The aim of this exercise is to maintain locked arms and swing the legs back and forth in a controlled manner to work the core muscles of the trunk.  This exercise can also be progressed to a static L sit hold should you wish to further increase the demand on the body.
