Hamstring Flexibility + Hip Disassociation

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a band assisted hamstring stretch whilst actively lifting and lowering his opposing leg.  Often I will see my clients have the inability to separate movement between the left and right side of the body and often stretching one leg one one side i.e. hamstring one side will result in the opposing hip move.  This demonstration below is just one way we can look to perform this.
