Get Your Lower Body Warmed Up With The Frog Mobiliser

In the video below we have one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating the Frog Mobiliser. This is a great way to mobilise the hips in the squat position, look to load and lengthen the quads, hamstrings and glutes.

For those trying this out for the first time, start in a squat position that feels comfortable for you i.e.  this might only be a 1/4 or 1/2 squat and only move the torso/hands through a range that feels safe.  As your body warms up and you become more accustomed to performing this exercise, you can look to increase your depth, range of motion and change up the speed/tempo of movement.
