FreeForm Board Abdominal Pendulum Swing

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating a freeform board abdominal pendulum swing.  This is very similar to the pendulum swing you can perform using the TRX.  This is performed in a high plank position and requires the individual to accelerate the movement of the board and then slow it down it as you go to change direction, all whilst aiming to maintain a stable trunk position.
