Foot Mobility – Mostly 1st MCP Mobility Focused

Currently I am suffering from a right 1st MCP joint restriction that occurred following a trauma.  I have since found this to give me issues with end range loading into dorsiflexion and with exercises such as the lunge etc.  In the video below you will see a gentle mobility drill focused on working on increasing tolerance and loading through the joint.  One can self select the degree of load and effort they place through the foot joints.
