Foam Roller Hip Bridge Exercise

The foam roller hip bridge exercise is a modified version of the traditional hip bridge which is commonly prescribed to train the posterior chain (gluteal and hamstring muscles).  By incorporating the foam roller into the hip bridge exercise, this helps to increase the range of motion of the hip bridge by allowing the individual to move through a greater range compared to the traditional one that is performed on the floor.  The foam roller also adds an element of challenging ones stability due to it having the potential to move through the exercise.
