Floor Based Pallof Press

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a floor based pallof press.  This is great regressing from a standing, split kneeling or kneeling pallof press.  In the video below you will see the client lying (added stability) and performing a pallof press (anti rotation) exercise.  This is great for training the core with an anti rotation trunk focus.
