Some Exercises To Try Out If All You Have Is A Wall To Use

Sometimes you need to get a little creative when it comes to training when travelling for work on holiday.  In the video below are two examples of some exercises whereby I have modified some more traditional ground based exercises. Please note, these are not simple exercises and will be a challenge.  So should you have any injuries or limited training history when it comes to bodyweight exercises, please avoid them.
